A Kingston man faces multiple felony charges after a two-month investigation by Kingston police culminated in seizure of a quantity of unidentified narcotics.
The arrest of Albert Miller, 23, happened on Mon. Oct. 21, at approximately 4:10 p.m on Emerson Street. Upon entering Miller’s home, emergency responders found a male inside who had sustained a gunshot would. He was treated at the scene, transported to HealthAlliance Hospital and later transferred to St. Francis Hospital.
After being taken into custody without incident, he was charged with a total of five felony charges related to narcotics, including one count of second-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, classified as a Class A felony, along with two counts each of third-degree criminal sale and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, both classified as Class B felonies.
The investigation remains ongoing.
