The Kingston police department is asking the public for help in locating a missing city resident: 25-year-old Clemente Smith.
Smith’s was last seen in Kingston with his cousin on Oct. 15. He is approximately 5’4″ tall and 130 lbs., with short black hair and brown eyes.
