Drug-sniffing K-9 Kell will be getting some treats after nabbing a Schenectady man in possession of approximately 765g of cocaine and an undisclosed amount of cash, according to New York State Police.
On Monday, July 21, after a traffic stop on the Thruway in Saugerties, Troop F Community Stabilization Unit arrested Jason Thomas, 35. The dog alerted troopers to the presence of narcotics which police say they found after searching the vehicle. He faces felony drug charges.
