A brick-wielding teenager was arrested by Kingston police after allegedly assaulting another person on Sunday, June 22 at approximately 7:55pm.
The 18-year-old (name withheld due to age) was charged with a felony charge of assault and a misdemeanor charge of menacing with a weapon. The victim was sent to the HealthAlliance Hospital emergency room, where they were treated and released. Police did not disclose the location or circumstances of the assault.
The teen was arraigned and released with tickets to return to court.
