Bending perceptions and cracking conventions, folds and faults is a new solo exhibition by Lindsey A. Wolkowicz that explores the unstable terrain between body, space, and memory. Wolkowicz’s intricate drawings intertwine contoured figures with geometric forms, using layered mark-making to evoke the chaos and rhythm of change. Wolkowicz, a Kingston-based artist and art director of the O+ Festival, draws from a multidisciplinary background to present work that feels as psychological as it is spatial. A separate artist talk with Q&A will take place Sat. June 21 at 1pm.
