Lyle Nolan has resigned from the Town of New Paltz’s Planning Board after 17 years of service to become the town’s next director of building, zoning and planning; the position pays $82,000 a year. Nolan previously retired from being a project manager at SUNY New Paltz, experience that board members considered a good fit for this job with the town.
