Fourth annual “Go All In” Hudson River cold plunge highlights mental health

Taking a cold plunge has well-documented health benefits – and “Go All In” has well-documented community benefits, raising money for local mental health orgs. It’s hosted by the Flood family and Rewind Kingston, in memory of Cassidy Flood. Beach cleanup is at noon, followed by a rejuvenating dive into the Hudson at 1pm. Live performances by local artists like Ginger Winn, Calle Mackenzie, and Erica Lynch, and DJ Tolten will unfold around 3pm at Westkill Supply.
