Kingston Police released surveillance video of an incident that occurred on Henry Street on Wednesday, Feb. 12, 2025 at approximately 4:10pm. In the video, one person who appears to wear a face mask and hoodie approaches another person from behind while walking down the sidewalk. The perpetrator then violently shoves the victim over the curb, down into the road. The assaulter then appears to pick something up off the ground and casually walks away. An SUV can be seen driving close to the assault before stopping abruptly in the intersection.
