A survey crew in Hudson discovered what authorities have identified as human skeletal remains. According to the Hudson Police Department, the crew made the find around 11:15 a.m. this morning, Dec. 9, in a wooded area near Mill Street.
Shortly after receiving the initial report, officers and detectives from the Hudson Police Department arrived on scene to confirm the presence of human remains. The department is now collaborating with the New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation and the Forensic Identification Unit to determine the identity of the individual and establish the circumstances surrounding the discovery.
