Valentine’s Day came early at the Ulster County SPCA last Saturday when they held their annual Pet Valentine Photos fundraiser for the benefit of the shelter. Executive Director Gina Carbonari noted that all time slots for pet owners to bring in their pet for this event were filled.
A second fundraiser called Valentine Puppygram will occur on Wednesday, February 14. By reservation, a sweet UCSPCA shelter dog will arrive at a person’s home with puppy kisses and a backpack of chocolates, a card and a stuffed dog on Valentine’s Day.
