By now you should know Tubby’s is the place to catch the next wave of post-punk, which seems to be constantly washing into “the Tub” from all over the country, and even the world.
This upcoming Tuesday, the venue will host The Sporrs from Atlanta, a young, loud and catchy power-pop-post-punk outfit that manages to be upbeat and downbeat simultaneously. They’ll be joined on the bill by TV Sleep (a new lo-fi/indie punk project), Big Band, and Oakley Munson from Black Lips DJ’ing before and after the live performances.
