Teen Mindfulness Retreat. The focus of this year’s retreat is mindfulness – the ability to be present, healthy, connected and kind. In a fun, relaxing and engaging setting, teens will get to know each other and experience guided and moving meditation. This free afternoon retreat is open to all teens in grades eight through twelve and designed to offer teens a respite from the stresses of school and work. The afternoon retreat will close with healthy refreshments and sharing. Attendance includes a free Youth Action Team t-shirt at Stone Wave Yoga in Gardiner, 1pm.
