Lagusta’s Luscious in New Paltz asks for more room

Lagusta Yearwood, owner of the growing chocolate business Lagusta’s Luscious on North Front Street in New Paltz, is looking to put some office space in that building for the conducting of administrative work. No construction would be required, but it’s before the Village Planning Board because it involves changing the use of the upstairs apartment to office space, instead. Yearwood said that there isn’t a tenant living there at this time. A hearing was scheduled for October 5.
