A Kingston man is facing felony charges following an investigation into heroin sales in the city.
Michael Randolph, 59, of Wiltwyck Avenue was arrested following a traffic stop on Foxhall Avenue around 11:42 a.m. on Tuesday, police said. The arrest followed an investigation by members of the KPD’s Special Investigations Unit. Officers also executed a search warrant at Randolph’s home which turned up additional evidence, police said.
Randolph is charged with three counts of felony third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, three counts of felony third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, two counts of second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia and one count of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
