In anticipation of a mid-afternoon snow event which may cause dicey travel conditions, the Kingston City School District announced an early closing for Tuesday, Feb. 23. Kingston High School, J. Watson Bailey Middle School, and Miller Middle School students will be dismissed at 12:30 p.m. All elementary schools will be dismissed at 1:30 p.m. All after school and evening activities are cancelled as well.
