A company seeking to set up a medical marijuana operation in Saugerties will hold a public informational meeting on Monday, May 18 at 7 p.m. the Frank Greco Sr. Center on the corners of Market and Robinson streets.

Hundreds of entities are seeking  just five state licenses, which will be awarded by lottery.  The application carries a $10,000 non-refundable application cost, according to the New York Post, and the deadline is May 29.

The company, Canna Care LLC, would like to present their plan to the public for comment/feedback with a question and answer session to follow the presentation. Click here to get all the latest Cannabis news.
