Village elections will be held Wednesday, March 18 this year because the normal village Election Day falls on St. Patrick’s Day. Trustees approved the switch at their Jan. 5 meeting. Up for election this year are seats held by Mayor William Murphy and trustees Jeannine Mayer, Brian Martin and Patrick Landewe. Petitions to run can be picked up at village hall on Partition St. during regular business hours.
