feral cats HZTMembers of the Woodstock Feral Cat Project trapped, neutered or spayed 16 cats last month in the area of Jane St. Now, the village is looking for donations for shelters to house the feral cats for the winter. The shelters cost $30 apiece and keep the cats warm. The village is also looking for residents willing to host the shelters in their yards. Anyone wishing to donate should contact Village Hall at (845) 246-2321 ext. 1.

The village used its $500 line item for feral cat control, paying for the spaying and neutering of the cats. This is why donations are being sought.
