This Saturday, August 16, our neighbors a few doors down Wall Street in Uptown Kingston will be hosting their second annual Chronogram Block Party between North Front and John Streets with a stream of musical performances, food trucks, an eye-candy cover-photo Instagram booth, roving acts from the über-entertaining Bindlestiff Family Cirkus and even a dunking booth benefiting Angel Food East.
There’ll be a beer-and-wine garden (as well as a local distillery tasting event) and, following the seven hours of nonstop action, an after-hours dance party at BSP Kingston with Mambo Kikongo starting at 11 p.m. Best of all it’s free.
