Onteora Middle/High School’s spring musical, “The Music Man,” will light up the Harry Simon auditorium at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, April 18, Friday, April 19 and Saturday, April 20 and at 2 p.m. Sunday, April 21. Featuring students under the direction of Joan Roberts, and the musical direction of Krista Cayea, this classic American musical stars Seth Owitz as Professor Harold Hill and Zoe Patschke as Marian the Librarian in the lead roles. These actors promise a fresh interpretation of this much-loved tale. They are joined by a cast of 35 students and accompanied by members of the Onteora High School Band and Orchestra under the direction of Wini Baldwin.

This is a community-wide event, not limited to the school district’s families.

Admission is $12 for adults; $8 for students and seniors. All proceeds will support the purchase of a wireless microphone and a spotlight for the theater and the funding of future productions.

The Harry Simon Auditorium is at Onteora Middle/High School, 4166 State Route 28

Boiceville. For reservations, write maxinmountains@aol.com or call 845-688-5051. Tickets will also be available at the door.
