On Sunday, March 24 at 3 p.m. Saugerties Pro Musica will present the Colorado String Quartet for the last time before the quartet members go their separate ways. Julie Rosenfeld (violin), D. Lydia Redding (violin), Marka Gustavsson (viola) and Katie Schlaikjer (cello) will perform an all-Beethoven program of two works, the Quartet in E-flat Major, Opus 127 and Quartet in B-flat Major, Opus 130, at the Saugerties United Methodist Church at the corner of Washington Ave. and Post St. The Colorado Quartet has played over 1200 concerts worldwide in 30 years, and is the first female quartet to perform the complete Beethoven Quartet Cycle in North America and Europe.
