On Saturday, April 14 at 9 a.m., the New Paltz Baseball and Softball Association (NPBA) will be holding its annual opening day parade. All NPBA teams, along with some special surprise guests, will be marching from the New Paltz Middle School down Main Street to Hasbrouck Park where free refreshments will be served, along with music provided by DJ Travis. Stop & Shop Supermarket of New Paltz will also be on hand with free bottled water and snacks. Spectators along the parade route are welcome and encouraged. All NPBA coaches and teams should be at the New Paltz Middle School no later than 8:40 a.m. on April 14 for line-up and instructions. This event will take place rain or shine.
