The League of Women Voters of the mid-Hudson region will hold an informal discussion on how the tax cap will affect your school district’s 2012-2013 school budget on Wednesday, Dec. 7 from 5-7 p.m. at 11 Main Street Bistro in Kingston. Free. All are welcome. The Bistro is providing light snacks; beverages are not included.
