DWI
Angelina R. Fagerstrom, 19, of 231 Manorville Road, Saugerties, was charged at 8:56 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 20 with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, according to Saugerties Police. She was arrested on Harry Wells Road after car Fagerstrom was driving had crashed into a mailbox and came to rest in a ditch, police said.
Joseph M. Clifford, 64, of Rochester, was charged at 12:25 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 20 with driving while intoxicated, according to the Saugerties Police Department. Clifford was arrested on Route 212, police said.
Stealing medication
Quinn J. Gaffney, 17, of 1232 Route 32, Mount Marion, was charged at 3:27 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 19 with petit larceny, a misdemeanor, by Town of Ulster Police at Wal-Mart in the town of Ulster. Police said Gaffney was observed leaving the store without paying for $13.11 worth of over the counter medication. He was released on an appearance ticket.
Kevin J. Heuss, 45, of 64 Eastern Parkway, Saugerties, was arrested by Town of Ulster Police at 3:15 p.m. Monday, Nov. 21 at the Hannaford supermarket on Ulster Avenue and charged with petit larceny, a misdemeanor. Police said he was seen by store security concealing a bottle of over-the-counter medication worth $12.99 in his pants and leaving the store without paying for it. He was released on an appearance ticket.
Petit larceny
Brent W. Lang, 33, of Malden was charged by New York State Police with petit larceny, a misdemeanor, at 9:50 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 19. The arrest took place in the Town of Ulster.
