A 10-year-old was treated for minor injuries after running into a Volkswagen on John Joy Road in Saugerties, state police at Ulster said Wednesday, August 10.
Police said that at 3 p.m. Tuesday, August 9. Carol R. Cohon, 70, of Woodstock was driving north when she saw the child in the road and came to a stop, but the child ran into the 2011 Volkswagen she was driving.
The child, who was not identified, was taken to Albany Medical Center for evaluation.
