We’re currently experiencing some issues processing renewals from the large number of subscriptions we added to our site in March and April of 2020. We ask for your patience as we seek a permanent and user-friendly solution.

Users who paid for their subscriptions using PayPal don’t seem to be having trouble renewing.

However, users whose payment info was provided previously or over the phone, and thus not saved within a secure offsite payment processor, are encountering a message that says their membership can’t be renewed.

These users can do the following:

  • Start a new membership on the subscribe page: This should function just as a renewal would— same login, password, address if provided.
