Warren J. Yetter

KINGSTON — Warren J. Yetter, 61, of John St. and formerly of Saugerties died Sunday, September 9, 2018 at the Golden Hill Health Related Facility.    Born February 23, 1957 in Rhinebeck, NY.

Warren was a graduate of Saugerties High School Class of 1976, where he earned a Varsity Letter on the Golf Team.   During the 1975 season he qualified for the NYS Finals as a representative of Section One.   He also played youth baseball on the Little League Tigers and Babe Ruth League Fire Dept. teams.  He enjoyed ice skating, long walks, and listening to classic rock and roll.   Warren will always be remembered with a smile on his face and a friendly greeting for all.

Survivors include his Mother, Joan Ann Martin of Tivoli, Father, Harold Yetter of Newton, NJ.  2 Sisters: Bonnie (Ken) Scholl of Queensbury and Bernadette (Tom) Murphy of Red Hook.   1 Brother: Robert “Bobby” Yetter of Saugerties.   His beloved nieces and nephews: Bridget Scholl-Thompson, Joan & Caitlin Scholl, Matthew Yetter, Brian and Kyle Murphy.   He was predeceased by his Step Father: Joseph Martin, Sr. and a Sister in Law, Diane Yetter.

His Funeral Procession will form 9:15 AM Thursday at the Seamon-Wilsey Funeral Home, Inc. Cor. of John& Lafayette Sts. Thence to St. Mary of the Snow where at 10:00 AM a Mass of Christian Burial will be offered.   Interment will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery.  Friends will be received Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 PM.   Family would like to thank the staff of Golden Hill and Dr. Andrade and staff.  Expressions of condolence may be shared with the family on Warren Tribute Wall @SeamonWilseyFuneralHome.
