This year, American Legion Post 150 at 18 West O’Reilly Street, right off Broadway in Kingston, hosted Veterans Day services on Monday, November 11. It was marked with a ceremony with speeches by Kingston Veterans Association chairman Bill Forte and mayor Steve Noble, patriotic songs by the Kingston High School alumni choir and the Veterans Honor Guard, sponsored by American Legion Posts 72 and 150 and VFW Posts 1386 and 5034 performed a rifle salute.
