Celebrate the full bloom of Spring this Thursday with an old-fashioned piano bar singalong led by Elliot Matz, whose Valentine’s Day performance drew a full house. Alongside co-host Jay Blotcher, Matz will charm attendees with timeless tunes about spring and summer from the early 1900s. The event encourages donations to benefit the Rondout Valley Growers, supporting local farmers and community food programs. Admission is free, but for those wishing to enjoy the singalong from the comfort of a table, it’s wise to book dinner reservations in advance. Visit thespysocialeatery.com for more.
