nice to see the local signs were slightly less vulgar than others i’ve seen
Waste of time and energy
Do something constructive instead of acting like children. What did you accomplish by holding up your silly signs? If you have nothing to do with your time how about volunteering at a hospice, veteran’s hospital, nursing home or a children’s hospital?

Perhaps they already do. If you had attended, you might have seen your friends, neighbors, health care professionals. My experience is that the people who are brave enough to show up are probably already doing “Something” positive with their time. This is the “icing on the cake”. Nice photos, especially of the female officer. Love ya, Woodstock, heart of my heart!

Those “silly signs” were made to express dissent. Dissent is an American right–one that our country was built on, and what our soldiers fought and died to protect.
It’s unfortunate that you don’t seem to understand that…

While volunteering at a hospice, veteran’s hospital, nursing homes and children’s hospital are very constructive for the community, they usually are invisible to people who want to exert control over the rest of us and determine the choices that we have. Protesting in numbers shows the world that people are unhappy with the present Trump Administration and sends a message to Washington and local politicians. It is one of our rights guaranteed under the US Constitution and we need express our voices more to keep the democratic ideals of this nation safe and in place. And frankly, “Waste of time and energy” who are you to judge?
