British Car Show returns to Woodstock Playhouse

Morgans, Jags, Rolls Royce, bug-eye Sprites, even original Mini’s and Morris Minors may show themselves as the Woodstock British Car Show returns for its 8th Annual showcase of the fine art of automaking and keeping, 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Sunday, October 9 (rescheduled from Oct. 2 due to rain) on the grounds of the Woodstock Playhouse, right at the entrance to town, on Route 212 at Route 375 (Levon Helm Boulevard.)

Sponsored once again by Pegasus Footwear, Markertek and Fiber Flame, the show promises over 100 classic British cars of all shapes and sizes. Swedish cars are invited, too. Prizes will be given out, including for People’s Choice and the Longest Distance Traveled. There will be displays and vendors as well as entertainment.

Admission is free, and so is parking.

Cars enter the field at 8:30 a.m. To show your car, you can pre-register for $15 at, or register at the show for $20. All proceeds go to support the Woodstock Playhouse.
